At Storybound Studio, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Made just for you, booklover.
As we’re a print-on-demand business, this means each item is made to order - just for you. While this can mean slightly longer dispatch times, it also means:

• Less waste (we only produce what’s needed)

• More thoughtful production (no mass manufacturing)

• And your item hasn’t been sitting on a dusty shelf-it’s created fresh, just for your shelfie.

Please allow a little extra time for your order to be made and shipped. We promise it’s worth the wait.

Designed in Australia, shipped from the U.S/Europe

All of our bold, bookish designs are created right here in Australia. To bring them to life, we work with trusted production partners in the United States and Europe - so while your order doesn't ship from Australia, every piece still carries a little Aussie-made magic.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

A flat rate for shipping will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery timeframes can take up to 3 weeks, depending on where you are in the world. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details and an estimated delivery date directly from the courier.

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, peak shopping periods, weekends, or extreme weather conditions.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Address & Lost Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for parcels delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

We also do not take responsibility for packages that are delayed in transit or stolen after delivery. 

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Storybound Studio is not responsible for any customs or tax charges and does not offer refunds for parcels that are refused due to unpaid import duties.
