Return Policy

At Storybound Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is in its original condition - unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at support@storyboundstudio.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase. We'll provide you with the return address and next steps.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns on items that are damaged after delivery.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed.
