Shipping
How long will shipping take?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2-3 business days for production, plus 6-10 days for delivery.
I ordered multiple products, will they all come together?
Some orders are fulfilled by different manufacturers, so items may arrive in separate parcels. If yours does, you'll see this noted on the packing slip inside. For example, "1 of 2", so you know more is on the way.
How will I know when my parcel is coming?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details, the courier will provide an estimated delivery date from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Item must be unworn and unwashed. Your choice of a refund or store credit.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping will be at your own cost and please note, we do not refund the original shipping fee.
How do I start the return process?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us immediately at support@storyboundstudio.com.au with a photo, and we'll sort it fast, free replacement or refund.
